Chief Minister's Relief Fund, (CMRF) accepts voluntary contributions from Individuals, Organizations, Trusts, Companies and Institutions etc. All contributions towards CMRF are exempt from Income Tax under section 80(G). It is informed that Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) does not collect any money through SMS/Missed call services or through any such service provider. It is advised that any such Calls/ Messages should not be entertained.

1. Letter Of Credit (LOC)

LOC stands for Letter of Credit, which is issued by the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) to patients who are eligible for treatment under the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's Relief Fund (AP CMRF). The CMO issues LOCs on the same day for emergency cases.

2. Reimbursement

The Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) in Andhra Pradesh provides reimbursement for medical treatment expenses. 

The CMRF helps people who are in distress due to:

  • Health problems that require expensive medical care
  • Loss of life of a family member
  • Loss of property or sources of livelihood due to natural calamities

3. Financial Assistance

The Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) provides financial assistance to people and communities in need, including for

Medical expenses: The CMRF can help those who had major injuries and the Chief Minister’s discretionary power.
